Full Encapsulation

Our Full Encapsulation packages use durable materials lasting 20+ years, ensuring affordability and top standards. We install 20-mil microbial woven white plastic on the floor and 12-mil on walls and piers, permanently anchored, sealed with sealant, and taped. Vents are sealed, and a dehumidifier is added for air control. Controlled venting keeps humidity at 50-55%, preventing mold, mildew, and termites. Since 50% of home air comes from the crawl space, maintenance is key. For mold, removal and ongoing control are needed—full encapsulation is the best solution.

Partial Encapsulation

Our partial encapsulation packages are cost-effective without compromising quality, lasting 8-10 years, using 10-mil white plastic anchored and sealed on the crawl space floor, taped at piers, and tacked with sealant for a temporary hold. It’s a decent barrier but insufficient for severe mold or moisture, especially in high-humidity areas like upstate South Carolina, where full encapsulation is better. We start by cleaning debris. Prevention is more cost effective than fixing neglect-related damage to joist from mold.

Mold Remediation

We use low toxicity agents to target and permanently remove mold from your crawl space, leaving a protective layer behind. Removal methods vary by damage and contamination levels: minor mold is treated with spraying and scrubbing. Severe cases with layered mold in wood would require multiple treatments, that leave the wood looking new. We offer wireless moisture monitoring to prevent it from returning.
